Music Farm offers a newly renovated, flexible multi-purpose space that is ideal for your special event.

With a capacity of 675 and the ability to seat 250 guests, the main floor of the 16,000 square-foot space is broken up into three different levels offering spaces to dance, dine and celebrate. This modern venue housed in a historic train depot is ideal for live entertainment.

About Music Farm

Located in historic Downtown Charleston and housed in a train depot built in 1850, the Music Farm has been one of Charleston’s most iconic venues since 1992. The venue has a full bar and full kitchen, making it a one-stop shop for throwing an unforgettable event. There is a private balcony and two private backstage dressing rooms onsite, one with a full bath. The outdoor patio is available for your guests to take in some fresh air and can be decorated to suit your theme and style.

The bar at Music Farm offers a variety of options, from specialty cocktails to wine and beer packages thoughtfully crafted just for you. The professional staff is there to assist in any way and help ensure your special event runs smoothly from guest check in to handling production needs. Parking at the Music Farm is easy, with a public garage located right next to the venue. The venue was renovated in 2022 with updated amenities, lights, and a state of the art sound system.
