Our Box Office is located at The Charleston Music Hall (37 John St.) and is open Thursdays & Fridays from 10AM to 3PM for in person ticket sales.
We also have a day of show Box Office located right outside the entrance of the Music Farm (32 Ann St.) where you can purchase tickets if still available.

You can purchase reduced-fee tickets for shows at the Music Farm at the Charleston Music Hall Box Office.
If tickets remain, they also can be purchased (credit card only) at the Music Farm on show nights when doors open to the public. This is located right outside the entrance.

Yes! You can upgrade your ticket in a few different ways.
Reserved Table: Upgrade to your own reserved table and get one of the best views in the house! This add-on is limited to just three tables and ensures you and your guests a little area you can call your own for the night.
Tito’s Balcony: Enjoy an exclusive balcony view of the show with first come, first serve seating and tables.
Quick Entry: Exclusive access to our fastest entry line. Avoid having to line up for hours before the show! Quick Entry is perfect for fans that want to grab a spot closer to the stage, beat the bar lines, and be sure to grab their favorite merch before it sells out.

The only way to know your tickets are authentic is to buy Ticketmaster Verified Tickets directly from Ticketmaster or get them at the venue box office. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. We can’t verify tickets bought from a third-party.

No. While you can sign into your Ticketmaster account to view or manage your tickets at Ticketmaster.com on a mobile web browser, to enter an event either download the ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet or download the Ticketmaster app, sign in and view your ticket barcodes for entry. We recommend adding your ticket to Wallet to enter instead of downloading the app while waiting in line.
From the Ticketmaster app or Ticketmaster.com, sign into your account. Select My Events, then tap the event you’d like to transfer tickets for. Tap Transfer, select the ticket(s) you’d like to send and enter the recipient’s information. You’re all set! We’ll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets right in their account.
No, a mobile ticket must be provided from the Ticketmaster or Live Nation app – or within your phone’s Wallet to gain entry.
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will be prompted to create an account upon the acceptance of the ticket transfer.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, you may be eligible to resell and transfer them. You can learn more about this process here.
PLANNING YOUR VISIT
The Music Farm is a general admission venue. We have seat options available as needed. Please contact us directly in advance of the show so we can best accommodate your needs. Email us at info@musicfarm.com or call 843-853-2252 and we would be happy to help. We encourage patrons with accessibility needs to arrive early (when doors open, not when the show starts) so that our team can best assist you and accommodate your needs. Please notify a staff member upon arrival and they will assist you with entering the facility.
We are a General Admission standing room facility. If a show is seated, it will be posted on the show’s event page on our website. For most General Admission shows, you can purchase ticket add-ons like a Reserved Table or the Tito’s Balcony upgrade. Learn more about ticket add-ons here.
We do not accept cash anywhere in the venue.
Our Box Office will only accept credit and debit.
Our Bars will only accept credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please note that artist merchandise sales are separate and may still accept cash.
The Music Farm has security for every event and will address and enforce any and all safety issues accordingly.
The City of Charleston imposes an indoor smoking ban. We have an outdoor patio where smoking is allowed. If you choose to leave the premises, we will allow re-entry if you are 21 or over. 21 and under is not allowed re-entry. Please make sure you get a hand stamp from event staff.
We are an all ages venue. If a show has age restrictions, they will be posted on the show’s event page on our website. All patrons will be required to present an ID when entering the venue. Patrons under 21 will be required to be marked with Xs on both hands.
Minors 17 & under are required to be accompanied by an adult, age 18 or older. The venue is not responsible for minors on the premises. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for minor children when on the venue premises.
We are located at 32 Ann Street in between King and Meeting across the street from the Visitor’s Center. Check here for parking info and directions.

We do have a lost and found. Please email info@musicfarm.com to reclaim your lost item. The Music Farm assumes no responsibility for lost items.
We accept Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, & Government Issued IDs as a form of identification for age restricted shows. ID must be valid and not expired.
We simply ask that you are dressed and you wear shoes.
We do not have a coat check.
We have a full bar (liquor, beer, wine and N/A beverages). MF Kitchen serves a wide variety of delicious food! The kitchen will be open whenever there is a show starting 2 hours before showtime.
- Weapons, including but not limited to: firearms, knives, combat weapons (e.g., swords, nunchakus, kamas, sai), explosives, heavy chains (excluding purse straps less than one (1) inch in diameter and two (2) feet in length), brass knuckles, clubs/bats/sticks, pepper spray, aerosol sprays, nitrous oxide, ammunition and training simunition rounds, explosives and explosive components, fireworks, CBR (chemical-biological-radiological) substances, projectiles of any kind and any replica of same items that could be mistakenly identified as weapons under this policy.
- Illegal drugs and substances, including unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles. Prescription medicine in its original, unexpired and unadulterated container, in the name matching individual’s government issued photo identification may be allowed in the Venue. Unmarked liquid or pill medication bottles are not permitted in LNE Venues.
- Alcohol, cans and bottles
- Outside Food or drink
- Laser pens or pointers
- Professional cameras, including professional camera equipment (e.g., camera stand, lenses, tripods, etc.)
- Fireworks, fire-starters, and open flames
- Audio recording equipment
- Noise-making devices
- Skateboards and rollerblades, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles
- All unapproved unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or drones, unless expressly authorized in accordance with LNE’s S-003 Unmanned Aerial Systems Policy.
- Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or relevant state and local laws
- Unauthorized solicitation or marketing materials (e.g., handbills, flyers, stickers)
- Any item deemed to be dangerous by the Venue General Manager or Law Enforcement Officers

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.
Patrons are allowed to bring in a small personal camera. Professional cameras, or anything with a detachable lens is not allowed without a photo pass from the artist or venue. Please note that permission to take photos is at the discretion of the artist.
Bags up to 12″x6″x12″ are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
BOOKING AND RENTALS
We would love to host you! Our venue offers a newly renovated, flexible multi-purpose space that is ideal for your special event.
Our 16,000 square-foot space broken up into three different levels offering spaces to dance, dine, and celebrate. We can accommodate 675 guests and 250 seated guests.
