Johnny Cosmic Bio
Johnny Cosmic is a producer, artist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, performer and contributor to a Grammy Award winning album based out of Oakland’s Great Stone Studios, former home of Green Day. Cosmic rose to prominence in his role working with Stick Figure on production and performing in the live band, for which he is still a member. He also has a burgeoning solo career, including racking up millions of streams for his singles Kingdom ft. The Movement, and Sun and the Moon ft. Collie Buddz.
Cosmic’s credits as a producer include SOJA’s Grammy award winning album Beauty in the Silence. He also produced the award winning albums from The Movement, “Ways of the World” and The Elovaters’ “Castles”. He has also worked as a producer for some of the top bands in the US live circuit, Stick Figure, Trevor Hall, Collie Buddz, Pepper, The Hip Abduction and KBong among many others.
Johnny Cosmic teamed up with Collie Buddz, California Roots Festival and Ineffable Records for the highly successful Cali Roots Riddim project 2020 & 2021, credited with bridging the gap between reggae music from many different countries and helping to elevate the scene around the seminal festival known as Cali Roots.

Vana Liya Bio
nirvana goberdhan a.k.a vana liya grew up east of new york city. vana’s guyanese heritage surrounded her with soca, calypso, dancehall and reggae music. her mom gave her a ukulele for christmas and a few years later she began covering songs by some of her favorite artists. artists like 311, rebelution, stick figure and soja shared her covers across social media platforms. after gaining traction, in early 2018 vana signed with pepper’s law records becoming their first female and first solo artist. later that year, vana visited stick figure’s great stone studios in oakland, ca where she recorded “go for it” with johnny cosmic of stick figure. cosmic signed on to produce her debut album, which released september 3rd, 2021. she says “working with cosmic has helped me find my sound – there’s a new feel behind this album.” now based out of oceanside, ca, vana and her backing band have shared the stage with bands like slightly stoopid, pepper, the expendables & soja.
