Mike Quinn & The Parade Band

Mike Quinn and The Parade Band bring the Second Line tradition of New Orleans into the context of the Lowcountry, blending swing jazz, funk, soul, and pop into a rowdy, funk-driven 5-headed beast. Sax man Quinn heads up this ensemble of cross-bending monsters, including Gavin Smith on trombone, Dave Grimm on guitar, Ron Wiltrout on drums, and Chris Bluemel on helicon (a type of sousaphone).
