Country artist and songwriter, Lauren Hall, delivers a sound that is all her own stemming from her low country roots, organic edge, and a touch of tradition. Hall’s acoustic driven, contemporary Country sound comes from influences that range from timeless artists like Dolly Parton, Miranda Lambert, and Alison Krauss, to more modern Country-pop songstresses such as Megan Moroney and Lainey Wilson. . This born and raised Charleston native spent most of her middle through high school years playing anywhere and everywhere around the Carolina’s whether it be local bars, her own headlining shows or being support for national artists. Hall has opened for acts such as Travis Tritt, Tracy Lawrence, Gary Allan, David Nail, Tyler Farr, Thompson Square, Chris Janson, Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina, Maddie & Tae, LANCO, Carly Pearce, Mitchell Tenpenny, Riley Green, Walker Hayes, Parmalee and others. Over the years Hall has played at various music festivals around the Carolina’s such as Carolina Country Music Fest, Darius Rucker’s Riverfront Revival, St. Pats in Five Points and others. Hall has been awarded “Best Female Vocalist” over the past 5 years in Charleston City Paper’s Best of Charleston, “Country/America Artist of the Year” in the 2020 Charleston City Paper Music Awards, and “Song of the Year” for her single “Excuse” released in 2022. Hall’s singles have held spots on many of Spotify’s editorial playlists and as a result she has gained a good base of listeners. The second release off of Hall’s EP, Gone, also had radio success on Charleston’s biggest stations. Hall’s current EP was recorded in Nashville & features songs co-written & produced by Curb Records songwriter, Phillip Lammonds, who has collaborated with artists such as Lee Brice, Blake Shelton, Kip Moore, and others. The EP was also produced by Dan Frizsell, known for producing “Rumor” by Lee Brice. Hall has opened for Brice & joined him on stage several times to sing he and Carly Pearce’s hit, I Hope You’re Happy Now. True to her Charleston roots, Hall continues to grow her audience from live shows in and around South Carolina while going back and forth to Music City for writing, shows and recording.
